Hi there, Were so glad youve found us!

Here at Raising ADHD Parent Support Community WA we are all about supporting and empowering parents and carers raising kids with ADHD to explore and discover what really works for them on this uniquely challenging parenting journey.

Children Doing Headstands

Research shows that when parents & care givers feel supported & confident in understanding their child's ADHD it can positively improve family relationships, reduce stress and improve the well-being of both parent & child.  Since our own well-being impacts greatly on our parenting ability, supporting parental well-being is of up most importance.

If you are a parent seeking support in raising a child with ADHD you've found the right space.

We are here for you!

What support do we offer:

Our Monthly Parent Support Group

We offer an alternating format for our monthly support group which is intentional and based on what works best for busy parents navigating ADHD. We get it, no two families are the same, and schedules are chaotic. That’s why we offer two ways to connect:

🧡 In-person DAYTIME sessions

  • Run every second month, on a Monday morning.

  • Held at a new location of Mandurah Baptist Church from 10:00am – 11:30am during school hours

  • An informal, relaxed and welcoming space to connect with others face-to-face

  • Perfect if you’re free during the day and prefer real-world conversation and community connection.

  • Unfortunately, children cannot be accommodated for during the in-person sessions, please arrange alternative childcare or join us for our online evening sessions instead.

💻 Online Zoom EVENING sessions

  •  Held on the alternate months on a Thursday evening.

  • From 7:00pm – 8:30pm, ideal for those juggling work, family, or distance

  • Includes a formal presentation (around 45 mins) on a topic relevant to ADHD parenting, followed by open discussion and time to connect.

Both formats are facilitated by experienced, credentialed ADHD parent coaches and each one is designed to offer support and strategies. Whether you show up in person with a cuppa, or log in after a long day, you’ll be met with compassion, community, and real help by parents who get it.
